Left lane is for passing in all states but Utah is in the minority of states
that REQUIRE you to move to the right if ANY vehicle attempts to overtake you, not just an aid car. Sorry, but that is crazy. Nobody should be required to accommodate anyone who is BREAKING THE LAW. Period. Most states get that.

Even Utah doesn't widely enforce this law. I think the troopers know what a waste of time and resources it is to pull someone over who is traveling the speed limit. Pulling speeders over, that's a no-brainer. Speed kills.
