With all due respect, I disagree
"As I see it, (and this is where we can legitimately disagree without affixing unhelpful labels) Bronco is not "re-emphasizing" culture; rather, he is consistently reinventing and rebranding. New slogans, new mottos, new coaching philosophies, new schemes, new coordinators, etc."

Apologies for the labels, but he absolutely does not reinvent and rebrand. He has been remarkably consistent. Since Bronco came as DC under Crowton accountability, assignment soundness, position mastery and above all 100% effort have been fundamentals of his culture. That is no different today. There is a new slogan every year, but they have been playing the same defensive scheme since 2006. He did try to give Brandon Doman a chance at Offensive Coordinator which given what he knew was a decent gamble. He rehired Robert Anae who chose to run a different scheme after being on Rich Rodriguez staff, but basically hiring Anae was hardly renewal or rebranding - it was back to tried and true. I see Bronco's current efforts as more of the same Bronco we saw when he first came to BYU from New Mexico, albeit with a bit more wisdom and experience.
