You mean when Nick said many times last season that they are working "hard" that it wasn't enough or even up to Bronco standard? At the end of the season, Bronco ONLY has his record to speak with the success on the field (I do realize off field success and have been a strong proponent to continue that) but in the record books will go his record and like it or not, that is the standard he will be measured against. All the good and great coaches all have that same process-record will speak as to what you have done as a "leader".
