I think you need to decide what culture is
This wasn't originally a post about the entire program. Ostensibly it was about culture which is a bit different than some of the changes that any program will go through simply due to the nature of the beast that is college football.

In terms of culture, which I define as the principles and practices of how the program is run, what the program stands for and how players play, core values, connection with BYU football tradition, alignment with the goals of the university, commitment to firesides and community service like Thursday's hero, etc., Bronco has been very consistent and has gone to great lengths to establish and preserve it. When Anae came back and instituted tempo into the offense with Go Fast, Go hard many players commented on the fact that they felt like the offense was finally playing the same way the defense did, again relating to effort as a key part of the culture that Bronco has established. In fact, I would bet that BYU has a very recognizable, distinct culture compared to most universities.

The entire program isn't "culture". Hopefully culture helps to support winning but Bronco's win loss record and choices for offensive coordinator have very little to do with culture by definition.
