My sister lives in Sao Paulo and went to a specialist there and one of the

highest end dentists in the country. She still had problems and so flew to the States to have it fixed. The work was horribly done, yet she paid double what it would have cost here. The difference in cost and issues with the work caused her to book an overnight first class flight for a one-day visit the next time she needed anything done.
