I was in the Quetzaltenango Mission and had half a filling fall out.

Went 14 months without a quarter of a molar before I couldn't take it any more. There was some dentist there in the city who had graduated from the University of Alabama. Did a pretty awesome job. All my dental work that I needed and a cleaning, paid like 50 dollars for it.
