Holy crap. My son's about to go to Guatemala for 2 yrs, sounds horrible. I would

very seriously consider flying him to Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta, LA or anywhere in a big flight hub where there were legit dentists. Heck, with the number of dentists the LDS faith puts out, I'm sure we could find one in most big cities who'd understand his situation.
