Our S&C program for the last 13 years has been ridiculous...
And if I were an athlete, I'd be seriously pissed about missing out on that instruction during a very important part of there time at BYU.
I'm still not sure if the new S&C program they have will be that great... but it will be leaps and bounds better then what they had prior.
There isn't many admin and coaches at BYU that would find coaching beyond the school... they are only there because of there church membership status more than what they can actually provide. That's how BYU hires and that will always be out #1 problem.
