"Not BYU." How could that get lost in translation?
That was not accidental. That was a shot at the BYU football program.
IMO, these feelings exist in every program. But when your program is setting goals that are not realized, ex-players can get away with vocalizing those negative feelings. If BYU were ranked and regularly beating Utah and other top programs, the disgruntled would get laughed at for a tweet like that. It's just another byproduct of a program in limbo.
