I guess the question is then, could Ziggy financially have attended BYU without

the scholarship? If not then BYU facilitated his attendance which to some might be viewed as a type of recruitment. If a person like Ziggy had other academic opportunities or other acceptance letters, with or without other financial support, then what might have sealed the deal would be the academic scholarship.
