It seems the only times it is used anymore are:

1) someone posts something and preemptively SGC's themselves... i.e. "Probably SGC, but did you see this article..."

or

2) someone ranting about how we shouldn't use SGC anymore

Maybe I just don't notice it anymore, but I just don't see it much anymore other than these two uses.
