But most small businesses don't deal with dental insurance companies and the

ridiculously litigious medical field. You are constantly on edge trying to cover your bases to avoid being sued. Health care industry is much more stressful than most other small business industries simply because you are dealing with the human body. A house, a car, groceries, etc. don't have the inherent risks associated with medicine.
