Does basketball have their own Tier 1/2 contracts?

Some conferences do have separate contracts for the 2 big sports. Those with conference networks certainly have Tier 3 covered for all sports under their conference network.

But for a conference like B12 all those there sports don't really have much of a consolidated home right now. Granted most of their schools have their own outlets but most pale in comparison to BYUtv in distribution. I'm not suggesting any would give up their home competitions in Olympic sports, etc...but perhaps conference tournaments not currently broadcast may be a benefit to others for the pure nature of allowing them to be seen by a broad audience...
