Iowa State is not going to be willing to give games to BYUtv, not when they are making money selling those games. In fact, I recall that when BYU basketball was at Iowa State a few years ago there were serveral CBers that paid Iowa State to watch the game on their streaming service. The Big 12 teams, since they all have their own "networks" are going to want their games on their networks.
