A majority of the teams in the B12 only have streaming "networks". My guess is a fan of those teams that is willing to watch their team's games on their PC/Tablet as is or connected to their TV or have already gone out and got a streaming device.

And BYUtv.org plays the games already...

I completely get a casual fan probably won't be doing that at all - but if teams like Iowa St are making $2.5 M a year on subscriptions to their online only stream for cyclones.tv then those people are certainly going to be savvy enough to either have the equipment already or willingness to watch on their pc/tablet a BYUtv stream...
