This is just plain wrong.
PK where the goalie has to stay on the goal line is probably 2-3 times more likely than a breakaway to result in a goal. The goalie can cut off angles and make a difficult shot every time. The only time you juke out the goalie completely is if he gambles or if you totally fake him out, but more often than not, the goalie is just going to try and limit your angles and make a difficult shot. In a PK, as long as you are on-target, you have about an 80% chance of scoring.
