ESPN's portion of adding 2 more schools to the Big12 contract would be ~$20 million annually if they were schools other than BYU. ESPN pays BYU ~$6-$10 million annually already. If BYU is one of the new additions, ESPN would only increase their overall payout for CFB ~$10-$14 million.
