Two questions.
1) How are you measuring this?
2) Are you biased because you're a sports fan?
I think that BYUtv does more to further the mission of the church by the simple fact that it is used to broadcast General Conference to the world.
BYU Football definitely gives the church some air time on national TV (sometimes)--but that's a 2nd or 3rd order effect.
