all was because he didn't like being filmed (which, if we are to believe the guy, he was filming because of some previous interactions with police, but the officer seemed to be unaware of that). So its questionable to me why the cop would even get out of his car, and yet not only does the cop do that, but he escalates with the threat of deadly force.
