Stan Watts had higher highs...but in a different era entirely, and had far lower lows (dave's never won fewer than 20, Stan only won 8 a couple times). Arnold had some great seasons, but those can be compared to Rose's Jimmer seasons. Reid started hot but there's no evidence he could recruit. I didn't say he was definitely the best ever, but it's not a hard argument to make. He's been absolutely amazing and it's being taken for granted I think.
