Phillip Sims, the quarterback who participated in the elite 11 competition with Jake Heaps, transferred from Alabama to Virginia and then to Winston-Salem State. He was only at Alabama for one season. Blake Sims is the QB who sat four years and then got his chance. But he's not the guy who participated in the elite 11 camp with Heaps.
