He needs to learn to put balls over the top and let the WR run under them
vs. throwing bullets every time.

Two interceptions we observed in one practice came from trying to throw bullets to the chest as you described (both times trying to thread between two defenders). If he had gone over the top, there was no safety and the WR had two steps on the closest defender...td baby. Instead, the defense had two easy picks as they just stepped in front of the pass.

It will come as he returns to pre-mission form. Time is forgiving with effort.

Beau and Koy both have the full arsenal of passes - they can zip it to the sidelines, throw over the top, and throw touch passes. Let's hope neither transfer because they are gamers and move the chains.

Beau is somewhere between Taysom and Tanner in running and throwing ability. Koy is the pocket passer of old BYU - smart decisions and waits for the plays to develop. His scrambling is Ty to the extreme - he moves around always looking down field. Even on broken plays, Koy seems to see players break open before the player realizes it - as the player (third or fourth check-off) comes open the ball is already there.
