look for. Much quicker release, much, much more accurate. Faster ball. Much better at hitting guys in stride. Hill is like a shotgun-only really effective up close, though I admit every once in a while he makes a good throw over the top. For the most part his sweet spot is 5 yards or less. Mangum is a sniper rifle. Just needs to get the other stuff down.
Note that I didn't say Mangum is a better QB. Just that he's a better passer. Our defense cheats a little when Hill isn't playing cause they know Mangum's threat is his arm, not his legs. The interceptions don't fully tell the story you think they do. Having said all that, the practices/scrimmage that I've seen this year I was impressed in the improvement of Hill's passing. Much more accurate down field. That could mean big things for us this year.
