The measure of success is certainly not NFL players (although yewts would hope
it was). The measure of success is wins. The NFL draft is a measure of a players potential at the time of the draft. It has very little to do with college production (i.e. Ziggy only had 4 sacks in college but was drafted 5th overall; Van Noy may be best BYU defensive player ever, and went in the 2nd round). Many schools like Virginia and Miami produce tons of NFL players but have underproduced in wins. Big difference.
