You have to look at what the talent they inherited and the state of the program when they took over. You can't expect any coach to take that 2002 roster and win many games. Crowton under achieved by 3-4 games from 2002-04 based on the talent and inexperience of his rosters, but he had the talent level on an upward trajectory when Bronco took over.
