The BYU D was to Riley what Taysom is to the BYU D now. It masked how truly bad

Nelson (and Heaps) was and essentially won several games on it's own (Ole Miss).

I feel like a lot of Taysom's talent (and Stew's) went to waste last year due to the Howell run D, just like our amazing D from 2010-2012 went to waste to some extent because of no offense.

Bronco must have really not liked Lark, or Lark was really just that bad to be benched in favor of Nelson.
