interesting article recently showed that people who are not sleeping properly or for enough time begin to exhibit the same symptoms as those diagnosed with attention deficit problems. My son who has ADHD and is extremely right-brained (very high IQ) also has trouble sleeping. His grandfather (mom's side) always had trouble with sleep and depression. My dad was probably ADD but they just thought he was a problem child in those days. He ended up the VP at a university. I have my challenges with it, but have worked at the same place for 30 years. Luckily the job has a fair amount of variety (at least it did).
