The San Mateo bridge will be the choke point, as are most bridges. Can you go in off hours or will you be in the middle of the commute times?

Pleasanton is a great community, lots of LDS, good schools and some wide open spaces. Unfortunately it is also within commute distance of San Jose, so there will be competition for the best properties.
