RES is a tough place to play, and I don't think that Cal is that great.
They're definitely a good team this year, but I would argue that Utah is a better team this year. I could be wrong, but I think that the Utes win this game on Saturday. I'd be more uncertain if this was USC or UCLA, because I think that they are better teams than Cal. At this point, I see the Utes having a very real chance at winning the south division, and if they do that, I think they have a good chance to win the PAC 12. The PAC usually eats themselves alive though, so I wouldn't be surprised if the Utes lose a couple as well.
