Rose and bronco. I am as big a basketball fan as they come and i consider a good and succesfull basketball year to be: making the ncaa tourney. Not conference championships and not guys in the nba. The best programs in the west since we joined the wcc are the zags and arizona. The zags are the better program. Even with what looks to be the best run in bball recent memory over the next 5 years, there is speculation if we can dethrone the zags. Anyway, i would say most consider a succesful bball season just making the tourney. I have predicted a first round win since jimmer and i just might break that trend with a healthy team this year.

A succesful football season is so arbitrary right now as an independent. Everyone has metrics all over the place. Making a bowl is easy, ny6 is like a sweet 16 or elite8.....but what is between a bowl game and a ny6 bowl with no conference championships. They are different beasts. The comparisons between bronco and rose need to stop.
