superior to the standard 18V lineup we were using when I was in construction. The 20V max last longer, holds a charge better, and the new lineup is superior. I love the 20V line.

I'd get the regular drill to drill holes, impact to drive screws, bolts, etc.

20v is preferable but more $$$ 18v is more than sufficient for a DIY guy.
