well said... and plenty of good advise to chew on...he does seem to be improving
with regards to PR and Inside BYU football is a great example of PR done the right way
I do have lots of scar tissue re Bronco.... PR gaffs that slid off your back re Bronco really bothered me because I felt his behavior was adversely affecting fan enthusiasm and BYU's overall public perception (we already have enough crap to deal with from the outside... and Bronco being an active catalyst to add unnecessary fuel to the mix from within was/is annoying)
Time will tell, but I think it is only a matter of time before his next PR blunder...
as an adamant BYU fan.. who will be cheering for BYU long after Bronco has moved on, I truly hope I am wrong....

A HUGE part of the whining comes down to simply losing to Utah. Had he beaten Utah these last 4 years
