if you have sleep apnea where you stop breathing multiple times as hour then you need to be very careful about what you do to solve the problem....have you ever fallen asleep driving 70 miles an hour down a highway or do you fall asleep sitting at your desk because you are not sleeping at night?
There are Those who snore, those who have mild sleep issues and then there are those who have life threatening sleep apnea....., let an expert determine what you have and don't be driven by peoples opinions.....use an expert....not all sleep studies are snake oil studies like some Senn to thing, such as they are just out to sell you a machine. Which is funny because they add mitt the ones selling you the machine.....kid they are then start running and don't stop until you find a legitimate sleep study
