I would say get an adjustable base for your bed so you can elevate your
upper body but that is an expensive investment that may or may not help. A less expensive option would be trying to get one of those triangle foam wedges.

Have you tried anything like that yet? They say if you elevate your upper body at a 5-10 degree angle it helps to open the airways which helps with sleep apnea. Also how is your weight?
