So there's not choice but to give his reps to others. Sure, he may be able to participate in the film study and other aspects of spring camp but its not hurting anyone, not BYU or Taysom for him to wait a little longer. And what if something doesn't go right with his recovery? And he has to hang up the cleats altogether? I'm sure he's considering all his options. If that were the case, it would probably greatly impact his decision about where he goes from here.
I certainly don't want to run him off if there's a chance he could still see himself at BYU. At least give him through the end of the semester. If he's looking like he's healthy and can participate in summer workouts with his teammates then a decision will need to be made. But I really don't see the rush for anything before then.
