I think we could be more civil to each other, I know I've been guilty, but
on the most part non-LDS folks with half a brain and a little bit of self-confidence will get that this is a predominantly Mormon demographic talking back and forth to each other and not let it bother them. I'm guessing there are many that do and we don't know who they are because we never hear about it.
I spend time on industry specific forums that have members saying a lot of things that could be offensive to me but I get the rules of the culture and don't let it bother me.
