just disagree. If it does indeed take years ( at least 2) to learn this offense, how is this going to help Tanner. You can stand on the sidelines and hold a clipboard until hades freezes over, but until you are in the heat of it all, you won't start learning. You have got to line up behind the center and be able to read the defense, make adjustments and then take what the defense gives you, all on the fly. Tanner won't start to learn this offense until he gets his first live snaps. This means he too will be lost through his first year just as Taysom has stumbled through his first year in the system.
