Some folks don't quite understand the complexities of the West Coast Offense and timing routes. It takes NFL teams years and thousands of hours to figure this stuff out.

Why do you think that Peyton Manning spent so much of his offseason continuing to practice and getting this new/rookie WRs caught up to speed. Austin Collie has some great stories about this.
