The perception used to be that BYU didn't travel well, and on top of that when they did travel they didn't spend any money (wouldn't break the 10 commandments or a $20 bill). I haven't heard those complaints in a long time. What I have heard it huge numbers of BYU fans showing up for away games in all parts of the country, to the astonishment of fans and media of the host teams.

I believe that as we start seeing improved results on the field, the next step will be an even greater commitment from a financial standpoint manifested in increased Cougar Club membership. It won't happen overnight, but I believe it will happen.
