Noble profession. Difficult financial position.
Lots of chiropractic friends. It isn't easy.
Some make it work out really well. But man, even medicine isn't close to what it once was. Chiropractic has suffered--at least the new grads with crazy debt.
Pharmacy is a far better financial choice, dull as it might sound to some.
Getting into an affordable medical school isn't easy.
Wish Mormons were better at becoming normal things like mechanics and plummers and HVAC and stuff.
We don't all have to be doctors/attorneys/MBAs/dentists/etc.

I knew a guy who went to medical school a year after graduating from chiropractic school. Do that, then pray the income

This is not correct. There is loan forgiveness available for physicians after they make 120 qualifying payments
