Good info. My thoughts are this:

I am not trying to compare the coaches side by side to Edwards. These coaches can take notes from what worked well in the past. Edwards to Rose may not be a fair comparison because they are different sports, but I think finding a way to bring in and keep talented assistants is key to real success in any sport.
