maybe it's time to move out of state; get a fresh perspective. I truly feel sorry for you guys that live in that bubble. Most of us that live outside of Utah care about the program on a national level. Beating the LSUs, the Oklahomas, etc. mean much more to us than what happens within the borders of Utah.
But then again, this perspective has changed a little over the years with the Utes recent emergence as a solid program. Because, let's not kid ourselves, the Utes are becoming more known for being a quality program. Not at the level of USC, Michigan, LSU, etc, but garnering more and more national notoriety nonetheless. So these days, beating Utah is perceived as a quality win and many would even call it an upset.
That being said, beating LSU is still > beating Utah imo
