true, but replace the Utes in any of those exciting finishes with a Notre Dame
or an LSU and it would have been even more exciting for me. For me, those games you mentioned were exciting mostly because of how the game unfolded/ended, not simply because they were wins over Utah. But, for the in-state fan, I can understand if they see it otherwise. I really can't imagine that many fans living outside of Utah have that ringtone.
If you think a Beck-to-Harline finish would not be better against LSU, well then I don't know what to tell ya buddy.
Again, this is simply a matter of more fans in Utah care about beating the Utes than do fans living outside of Utah. I live in Phoenix area and would rather BYU beat ASU than Utah.
