If you truly believe this, than KW has underperformed over the past 6 years.
How does a team that is so much deeper and talented beat BYU by 7 points or less nearly every year. Heck we give you 35 points, and you do nothing more with it.
I am not necessarily disputing your comments to be honest. You do have a size-able talent gap in WR, OL, and secondary players. Good depth on DL.
But the jump "past" BYU isn't as large as you think. Either that, or KW is underperforming with the increased talent you are receiving.
(I guess the opposite could be true in the BM and KS have been over-performing with "lesser" talent.)
