I'm honestly really, really bothered that he didn't enjoy playing with this

group of guys enough that he would come back when it was obvious that he wasn't getting drafted. It makes me think that the team has a "culture" problem. This is something that must be fixed - BYU will never "out-talent" high-level NCAA competition - they need to beat teams with superior coaching and teamwork. And that isn't going to happen if guys don't even like playing with each other.
