wife look in the instruction manual and it should tell her how to do it. That or use google from your computer to figure it out. If it isn't the Key Fob, then obviously that won't help. It's possible as well that you have a poor connection on one of the battery cables, but if someone tested the battery, they probably would have figured that out.
