It's a 2016 Chrysler T&C. It does not have the push button ignition, but it has
a plastic/electronic key/fob combo you have to insert to turn the ignition. I couldn't find anything online to starting the car if the fob is dead...
She called roadside assistance through our insurance company, but all they will do is send a tow truck. I told her to tell them to bring an extra battery, but I don't know if they will do that or not. It sounds like all they want to do is tow it to the nearest dealership.
