Second: I do know what his reasoning is.  You can believe me or not... thats up to you.  

I would love nothing more for Joe than to be free of his NLI.   He's a great kid.  Unfortunately, the NCAA system isn't setup to be fair to the players.   Like everything else in life, you are bound by the Rules.  If you don't like it, don't play.
