Is your memory really that bad? Or were you just not old enough to understand yet?

BYU & its fanbase deserves better than the MWC & its petty bureaucracy.

Yes, we miss some of the rivalries (particularly Bball), but overall BYU did things all right by getting out, setting up BYUtv, & entering a partnership w ESPN. You can be sure that EVERY MWC AD would love Tom Holmoe's job. And every MWC school would love our TV deal, & of course our station too. None of that was feasible in our wackie straitjacket of ol'.
