my guess with the addition costs of FCOA it is about $4M...but with the BB field
it might be down to just a couple mil....there really isn't anything in the black at the EOY. IIRC any funds left over go towards the endowment of scholarships and they have a waiting period before they can draw 5%/year on the endowments.

This seems most likely to me. We end up in a somewhat watered down B12 but have P5 status/access. Would be great...
